O R D E R

Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition, the plaintiff in O.S.No.384 of 2006, filed petitions under Sections 148 and 151 CPC before the trial Court in I.A.No.489 of 2014 which was dismissed by the order under revision. He further states that these petitions were returned with objections as to their maintainability. He seeks leave to pursue the aforestated petitions before the trial Court by duly complying with the objections.

Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is closed without prejudice, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the applications filed by him before the trial Court under Sections 148 and 151 CPC. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
