Heard learned counsel for the parties Both these writ petitions are filed by the respective licensee of A4 shop whose licences were cancelled and against the said cancellations, appeals were preferred before the third respondent. When a notification was issued for auction of A4 shops, the petitioners approached this Court and filed W.P.Nos. 4293 of 2015 and 4674 of 2015 which were disposed of by this Court on

24.2.2015 and 26.2.2015 respectively directing the appellate authority to consider and dispose of the appeals and till then the auction proceedings were directed to be stayed.

Thereafter the auction proceedings were postponed and the third respondent heard and decided the appeals filed by the petitioners under the impugned orders. Since the appeals were dismissed, it is stated that the petitioner in W.P.No. 5686 of 2015 preferred a further appeal before the second respondent and the petitioner in W.P.No. 5767 of 2015 in the meanwhile, it is stated, would file an appeal before the second respondent. These writ petitions are filed on the ground the auction proceedings were again revived and scheduled to take place on 7.3.2015. Since an appeal is pending before the second respondent, it is appropriate that the said appeal and another to be filed by another petitioner are heard and disposed of expeditiously preferably within one week. However, any auction that would take place would be subject to result of the respective appeals.

Both these writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
