NO: 2OF 2022 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay ail further proceedings in F.l.R. No. 238 of 2022, Dated. 1410612022 before W.P.S. Saroornagar, Hyderabad T.S., including the arrest of the petitioners herein till the disposal of the main Quash Petition. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code ( of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersAccused Nos.2 and 3 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.238 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC) and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act (for short "DP Act') 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused Nos.2 and 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the material on record.

The de facto complainant - 2d respondent filed the present complaint stating that she was married to Accused No.1 on t 23.06.2019 and at the time of marriage dowry was also given. However, Accused No.1 started harassing her and these petitioners
Crl.Petition No.10972 of 2022 who are the parents-in-law also supported Accused No.1 husband.
4. The allegation against these petitioners is that they have supported their son who allegedly harassed the 2nd respondent- de Facfo complainant.

In the said circumstanc€s, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.238 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station Saroornagar, Rachakonda, to conclude the investigation without arresting these petitioners - A2 aM A3. Further, the petitioners - Accused Nos.2 and 3 shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 6.
