The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not disposing of the appeal in Rc.E. 3982/ 2016 for cancellation of pattadar pass books and title deeds, as illegal, improper and incorrect.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though they have filed an appeal on 08.08.2016 to the 3rd respondent in Rc.E. 39822016 and the 3rd respondent directed the 4th respondent to enquire into the matter, no action has been taken by the 4th respondent till date.

After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ petition. 4.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
