HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.14088 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the registration of Crime No.56 of 2017 by the third respondent on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent.

Since the allegation relates to highhanded action of the third respondent pursuant to registration of the crime, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to follow due process of law including compliance with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, while investigating the case. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
