HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32466 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the survey of the land admeasuring Ac.7.49 cents, situated at Sy.No.685 of P. Kotakonda Village, Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District, pursuant to the application No.DER011701010109 dated 23.5.2017 made by the petitioner through Mee Seva, as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, to conduct the survey of the subject land of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the application dated 23.06.2017 of the petitioner submitted through Mee Seva bearing No.DER011701010109 and conduct the survey of the subject land of the petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner and all the concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
