THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.32422 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction particularly in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, A) To declare the action of the respondents in not registering the complaints dated 10.8.2018, 23.8.2018 and 25.8.2018 lodged by the petitioner against the 5th respondent and others, as illegal, void, arbitrary and violating the provisions of the Cr.P.C as well the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

B) Consequently, to direct the 4th respondent to register the complaints dated 10.8.2018, 23.8.2018 and 25.8.2018 lodged by the petitioner against the 5th respondent and others, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri V.R.Avula, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. I have perused the material record.

3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the writ petition is filed complaining that a crime has not been registered pursuant to the reports of the petitioner, a crime was registered in case in Crime no.352 of 2018, on 10.09.2018, on the file of the Station House Officer, Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District; and, that in that view of the matter, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and hence, no further orders are necessary.

MSRM, J W.P.No.32422 of 2018 4.

Recording the submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
