This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 05-09-2014 in W.P.No.24802 of 2014 passed by this Court, suspending the proceedings dated 28-07-2014 by the respondent herein till disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies stated that the order dated 2807-2014 passed by this court in W.P.No.24802 of 2014 has been complied with and nothing survives in the contempt case and the same is not disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
