HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32449 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the survey of the land admeasuring Ac.6.05 cents, situated at Sy.No.481 of Kalapari, H/o. Kairuppala Village, Aspari Mandal, Kurnool District, pursuant to the application dated 3.3.2018 made by the petitioner through Mee Seva No.FS.011800106824, as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct the survey of the subject land of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the application dated 3.3.2018 submitted by the petitioner through Mee Seva bearing No.FS.011800106824 and conduct the survey of the subject land, at the earliest, preferably within a period of six to eight weeks from today, by informing the date and time of survey to the petitioner and all the concerned, if the petitioners are otherwise entitled to.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
