HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.6417 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent for redressal of his grievance, as made in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If any representation, as aforementioned, is made by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law. The question whether the 2nd respondent has jurisdiction to consider the representation and issue appropriate orders is kept open.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
