W.P.M.P.No.785 of 2016 is filed seeking to dispose of the main writ petition by recording the terms and conditions of the compromise entered between the petitioner society and the respondents herein in the form of Memorandum of Understanding dated 8.5.2015 and Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 8.9.2015.

Heard.

Petition un-opposed.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and in view of the compromise entered into between the Petitioner Society and the Respondents in the form of Memorandum of Understanding dated 8.5.2015 and Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 8.9.2015, W.P.No.19695 of 2012 is closed, by placing on record the said Memoranda. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
