The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Code') by the petitioner - complainant to quash the order, dated 08.08.2018, passed in Crl.M.P. No.1349 of 2018 in Calendar Case No.539 of 2014, by the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, whereby and where-under, the petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 91

(2) of the Code to issue summons to Sri P. Krishna Moha, Chartered Accountant to p[roduce the relevant records in respect of Income Tax Returns and to give evidence, was dismissed..

2. In view of the order, dated 10.09.2018, passed by this Court earlier in Crl.P. No.9651 of 2018, there is no need to adjudicate upon the present matter since the evidence was closed by the Magistrate.
