B/O dv 21.09.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.2 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.10966 of dt.16.12.2022 that he should appear before the concerned Police on every Monday till filing of final report.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the resident of Goa and the only bread winner of the family. Petitioner conducts his business in Goa and his family resides in Goa, as such he is facing hardship in conducting his business. Therefore, he seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.10966 of 2022 dt.16.12.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required.
