2O12012 and not awarding marks lo the said wrong options by depriving the opportunity to the applicant in getting promotion as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust, against the principles of natural justice, equity and fair play and consequently direct the 1st respondent to award four marks to the applicant for the wrong options given by the 1st respondent for question no. 9, 15, 89 & 95 of Paper-lI and further declare that the applicant is entitled for promotion as gazette officer in the educational department in the interest of justice.
