Though this Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, having regard to the fact that on the same day, charge memo was issued; explanation was filed by the petitioner and enquiry officer was also appointed, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation agree for disposal of the Writ Petition by fixing a time limit for completion of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the disciplinary authority to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is open to the petitioner to raise all pleas as available in law and the disciplinary authority shall consider the said pleas and pass appropriate orders thereon.
