The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus direct the official respondents to prevent the damage which is being caused to tank bund of the canal land illegal occupancy by the respondent No.10 to 12 to the bund of Lower Maner Dam to Kakatiya Canal in Sy.No.76/E admeasuring Ac.1-18 gts, 76/U admeasuring Ac.1-18 gts and Sy.No. 126 admeasuring Ac.2-00 situated at Eedulagattepally Village, Manakondur Mandal, Karimnagar District ..."

3. At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the prayer in the instant writ petition is covered by order dated 10.03.2016 in WP.No.25494 of 2012.

I have perused the order dated 10.03.2016 and also the record in the instant writ petition. The prayer is substantially covered and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.03.2016 in WP.No.25494 of 2012.
