THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7828 & 7829 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.3025 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners and the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant of Crime No.171 of 2014, on the file of Shankarpally Police Station, taken cognizance by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Chevella, Ranga Reddy District, for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506 (II), 507 r/w 34 of IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7828 and 7829 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
