THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.16939 of 2015 ORDER :

According to the petitioners, they are working as Archakas in Siddeswara Swamy Devasthanam, Dornipadu Village. The petitioners grievance is regarding the extent of land in Survey Nos.84, 269 and 27 being reflected as belonging to Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy Devasthanam, Kondapuram Village, illegal auction was conducted for the year 2014-15 to an extent of Ac.29.52 cents in the above survey numbers and illegally lease was granted and the lease proceeds were appropriated to Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy Devasthanam.

Ventilating their grievance the petitioners have submitted detailed representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Endowments, Kurnool on 11.05.2015. So far no orders are passed. Hence, this writ petition.

Ventilating their grievance, the petitioners have submitted representation addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Endowents, Kurnool marking copies to the Commissioner, Endowments, Kurnool and Joint Commissioner, Endowments, Kurnool, and since the said representations are pending, without expressing any opinion on merits this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (6) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioners as warranted by law.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
