ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.315 of 2013 of Dharmasagar Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 IPC and u/s.156(3) Cr.P.C., against them.

2. It is alleged in the complaint that A1 with the consent of A2 had entered into an agreement of sale on 28.04.2002 with the complainant and on receipt of total sale consideration, A1 delivered possession of the land to the complainant, whose name was also recorded in the pahanies, but the accused have not returned the original sale deed to the complainant and A2 also filed a civil suit against the complainant, thereby the accused cheated the complainant.

3. In view of the allegations made against the petitioners in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, as it is represented that in view of the stay granted by this Court, the respondent-police are unable to proceed further investigation, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation without making arrest of the petitioners/A1 and A2 and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
