HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT APPEAL No.195 of 2014 JUDGMENT : (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against the common order in writ petition No.29418 of 2010 and batch, dated 18.10.2011, by which, a learned Single Judge of this Court has disposed of the said writ petitions. Against the said order, a batch of writ appeals are filed in W.A.No.1104 of 2011 and batch, which was allowed by this Court by judgment, dated 17.09.2013.

When this writ appeal has come up for admission before the other Bench, same is directed to be listed before this Court in view of pendency of review petitions filed in Writ Appeal No.1104 of 2011 and batch. As we have already dismissed the review applications by separate order and as the subject matter of this writ appeal is covered in view of the judgment of this Court in W.A.No.1104 of 2011 and batch, this writ appeal also deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, following the judgment dated 17.09.2013 in W.A.No.1104 of 2011 and batch, and in view of the reasons recorded therein, this writ appeal is also allowed. No order as to costs.
