Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's application for grant of mining lease which was submitted to the 2nd respondent through the 3rd respondent is pending since 24.12.2012 and that the respondents have not considered the same till date. He seeks a direction for consideration of the said application as per G.O.Ms.No.4 dt.19.01.2015 and G.O.Ms.No.15 dt.16.03.2016. 3.

The Government Pleader for Industries states that the respondents 2 and 3 will consider the said application dt.24.12.2012 of the petitioner in the light of the above G.Os. and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to consider petitioner's representation and communicate their decision to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
