THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Contempt Case No.760 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30816 of 2013 dated 04.03.2015. The said writ petition was preferred by the Government against the order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.8250 of 2011 dated 14.02.2013. This Court dismissed the writ petition. No directions have been issued by this Court in the writ petition which can be said to have been violated. While failure on the part of the writ petitioners to comply with the order of the Tribunal, would enable the respondent-applicant to invoke the jurisdiction of the Tribunal under Section 17 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, that does not justify his invoking the contempt jurisdiction of this Court.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to avail his remedies under Section 17 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, if he so desires, the Contempt Case is closed. Contempt Applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
