Oruganti Bharani Venkata Naga Lakshmi Suryakranthi and another ... Petitioners And M/s. Harsha Finance Rep. by the Managing Partner Railway New Colony Visakhapatnam and another ... Respondents COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONERS: Mr. Koppula Gopal COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENTS: -

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.20.4.2016 in I.A. No.598 of 2015 in O.S. No.892 of 2015 on the file of the VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

By the order under revision the lower Court has directed the respondents to pay arrears of rent at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month from May, 2015, within one month and continue to pay the rent at the said rate till the disposal of the suit.

Mr. Koppula Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that his clients will be satisfied if the lower Court is directed to dispose of the suit at an early date.

Considering the nature of the suit, which does not appear to involve complicated issues of fact and law, interests of justice would be met if the lower Court is directed to dispose of the suit within six months from the date of receipt of the order. With this direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of.
