THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.2485 of 2012 ORDER:- This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief/s:- "....the petitioner herein pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction declaring the inaction of the respondents in not considering and granting Trade Licence to the petitioner Hotel as illegal, null void unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and issue consequential direction to the respondents to grant Trade License to the petitioner Hotel forthwith and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. I have heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent-GHMC. I have perused the material record.

3. On 02.02.2012, this Court had passed the following interim order:- "Notice before Admission.

The respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of Trade License for running the hotel and allied activities and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order."

4. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that subsequent to the interim order granted, trade license was granted to the writ petitioner and that therefore, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
