HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P.(sr). No. 15737 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner - A1, the order dated 06.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 2498 of 2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 1022 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act, Visakhapatnam is modified as follows:

" In the result, the petition is allowed, and the petitioner-A1 shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties who are not required to furnish fixed deposit of Rs.50,000/ - each.

All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered."

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
