HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17843 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the list prepared on 24-04-2012 by the 4th respondent on the directions of the 1st respondent in respect of affected families and in not including the names of the petitioners in the list of affected families under Rehabilitation and Resettlement Package is illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue produced letter vide Dis.No.1660/2012, dated 14-09-2015, from Tahsildar, Jinnaram Mandal, Medak District stating that names of petitioners herein and others were considered as eligible affected families in Dacharam Village for implementation of R & R Package and further list of (304) families of Dacharam Village is proposed for approval as eligible list to the District Collector, Medak at Sangareddy. The said letter is taken on record. In view of the same, the petitioners' grievance is being attended and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
