This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionersAccused Nos.1 arrd 2 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.7159 of 2022 pending on the' file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 506 and 509 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners - Accused Nos.l and 2.

Considerinq the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

Crl.Petition No.1119a of 2022 i) The attendance of the petitioner No.1 - Accused No.1 is \ dispensed with in C.C.No.7159 of 2022 pending on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, when represented by their counsel on record.
ii) The attendance of the petitioner No.1 - Accused No.1 is dispensed subject to filing an affidavit by the petitioner stating that in her absence the proceedings conducted by her counsel will not be disputed by her in any manner and shall not dispute her identity also. iii) However, the petitioner No.1 - Accused No.1 shall appear before the learned Magistrate as and when her presence is required. In the event of the failure of the petitioner No.1 - Accused No.1 to I appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing her attendance shall stand cancelled.
