HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE M.S.K . J AISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No. 13145 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No. 219 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Police Station, Keesara, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 IPC and Section 7 of EC Act.

When the case is taken up for adjudication, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State that the police have completed the investigation in the aforesaid crime and charge sheet has been filed in the jurisdictional Court on 26.08.2016.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail remedies available under law. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
