HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.9666 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to quash the proceedings in Crime No.89 of 2018 of Nampally Police Station, Hyderabad against the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.2 - State.

3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would represent that the Police already filed charge sheet in the said case, as such, the Criminal Petition becomes infructuous and prayed to dismiss the same.

4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
