Jagapathi, learned counsel for the appellants, has filed a letter dated 25.01.2018 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as may be available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
