OFFICE NOTE 18.07.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application has been filed to relax the condition No.x imposed against the petitioners in bail order viz., "the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 shall report before the Station House Officer, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda, on every Monday between 10.30 a.m., and 12 p.m., till filing of the final report," vide order dated 14.12.2022, passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.10988 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 5 and 6 has stated that the petitioners have been attending before the police station as per the directions of this Court dated 14.12.2022, however, no final report has been filed by the police. Further he submitted that continuously attending before the concerned police station causing trouble to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition as follows:

"the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 5 to 6 shall report before the Station House Officer, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda, on every second Saturday of every month between 10.30 a.m., and 12 p.m., till filing of the final report.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed with the above modification.
