This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 herein in interfering into the possession of the petitioners in respect of premises bearing No. 19-2-230, 230/1 and 232, situate at Bahadurpura, Hyderabad, belonging to respondent No. 3-Sri Mallikarjunaswamy temple, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Endowment Act and for a consequential direction to restrain the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere into the aforesaid possession of the petitioners without following due process of law and to pass such other suitable orders, as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. On 20/11/2018 none appeared on behalf for the petitioners when the matter is posted under the caption "for dismissal"

3. Today also none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.

4. The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
