This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or writs or order or orders one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd Respondent in not filing charge sheet in FIR No.99/2018 dated 28/2/2018, illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to forthwith file charge sheet in FIR No.99/2018 dated 28/2/2018 and be pleased to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

I have heard the submissions of Sri Syed Khader Mastan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record. 3.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 10.09.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, submitted that after completion of the investigation into case in Crime no.99 of 2018 registered, on 28.02.2018, on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, 3rd respondent herein, a charge sheet has been filed against the accused, on 30.08.2018, before the Court of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Nampally, and the said charge sheet was assigned SR.no.6100 of 2018.

In view of the said submission and as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
