THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12728 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.4 seeking bail in crime No.349 of 2015 on the file of the Chandrayanagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 506 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A.4 and other accused forged the documents with the use of old stamp papers and by using the same, they have entered into agreement of sale for selling the properties and also executed sale deeds by collecting huge amounts from different persons. It is also the further case that the petitioner/A.4 is the person, who has prepared forged documents with the use of old stamp papers.

Considering the fact that the allegations are so serious in nature and also five cases are registered against the petitioner/A.4 and the other accused, and also as the investigation is at the early stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.4.
