THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12139 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The writ petition is frivolous, as it appears from the record that the writ petitioner is alleged to have called for a lady, who is illegally detained by her father.
We are of the view that the petitioner has no right to claim custody or get the company of the lady right now. There is no relationship developed between the petitioner and herself as jural, legal, or personal relationship. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
