THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.23919 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to dispose of the representation of petitioners dated 24.5.2016 for grant of No Objection Certificate/Security Clearance for construction of g+2 buildings in respect of petitioners' lands and forwarded by 3rd respondent vide its letter dated 27.5.2016.

Sri B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General made appearance on advance notice and fairly conceded that the representation dated 24.05.2016 made by the petitioners may be directed to be disposed of within a specific time frame. In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Solicitor General, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners dated 24.05.2016 within four (04) weeks from today.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
