HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.2295 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. Having regard to the charge sheet allegations, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, the petitioners/A3 to A5 are given liberty to approach the trial Court to file discharge application, in which case the trial Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits expeditiously. The appearance of petitioners/A3 to A5 in C.C.No.28 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
