The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not registering the crime pursuant to his complaints, dated 11.08.2015 and 21.08.2018 against the accused persons.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and sent a letter to the petitioner on 10.09.2018 through Registered Post stating that no action can be taken on his complaint as the matter is 'civil in nature' and advised him to approach the Court concerned.

Recording the submissions made in the written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner under law.
