At the stage of admission, this Criminal Petition is ordered as follows:

The warrant issued by the learned VII Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court Judge, West Godavari District at Eluru is recalled on the condition of petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.22,000/- (Rupees twenty two thousand only) before the said Court within four weeks from the date of this order, failing which the Family Court shall issue fresh warrant of arrest.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
