ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.CS-I/95/2012, dated 20.01.2012 and proceedings No.CSI/95/2012, dated 25.02.2012 of respondent No.1. At the hearing, Sri A.Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the
petitioner, submitted that after the filing of this Writ Petition, his client has shifted the godown and that therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 15.03.2012, in WPMP.No.9050 of 2012 is vacated and WPMP.No.9050 of 2012 and WVMP.No.1916 of 2012 are dismissed as infructuous.
