This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to grant affiliation to the petitioner-institution and further direct the 3rd respondent to include the petitioner-college in the web based counseling and to allot B.Ed., students to the petitioner-college for the academic year 2013-2014.

Since the Writ Petition is of the year 2013 and the academic year 2013-14 is elapsed, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner-institution that if the petitioner is so advised, shall take up the remedy available under law, as and when fresh cause of action arises.
