Heard.

The petitioners claim that they are stated to be in possession and enjoyment of the land covered by layout in Survey Nos.237 and 238 of Mukthinuthalapadu Village, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District. They are eligible for grant of house site pattas and made number of representations to respondents 2 and 3 to consider their claims. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that a similar writ petition, being W.P.No.20358 of 2010, has been disposed of by this Court on 24.08.2010 with regard to the same survey numbers in the same village.

When this Writ Petition was heard initially on 27.07.2015, learned Government Pleader for Revenue has taken notice on respondents 1 to 3 and requested time for getting instructions. However, no instructions are forthcoming.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a similar direction, as in the earlier Writ Petition, directing respondents 2 and 3 to verify the eligibility of the petitioners and consider their claims subject to the availability of the land in Survey Nos.237 and 238 of Mukthinuthalapadu Village, Ongole Mandal, Prakasam District, or any

other land available as early as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in 0this writ petition shall stand closed.
