Learned counsel for the petitioner says that this writ petition is filed against the order of suspension suspending the petitioner from service. Later, when the petitioner was terminated from the service, he has filed another writ petition. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
