O R D E R

The petitioner questions the action of the respondents in restricting the work of 11 workers to only two works out of four works, in contravention of the agreement entered into between the 1st respondent and the Contractor.

This is a writ petition of the year 2010.

This Court, on 11.08.2010, while admitting the writ petition, passed orders in WPMP No.25993 of 2010 by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent by way of a representation with regard to the alleged irregularities and on such representation being filed by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent was directed to make necessary enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within four weeks. Hence, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the orders passed in WPMP No.25993 of 2010. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
