Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. The Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of parties.

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.63, Kadarampally Village, Kalyandurg Mandal, Anantapur District. While so, the third respondent issued a show cause notice-cum-suspension order on 22.07.2015 levelling four allegations against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, after receipt of the said show cause notice, the petitioner submitted his explanation, but no notice for enquiry was issued so far. In view of pendency of enquiry before the third respondent, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at this stage. But, however, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, by giving due opportunity to the petitioner, and pass final orders thereon, keeping in view the explanation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
