This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P,C.) by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.145 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, P.S.Pothkapally, Ramagundam. The offences :

I alleged against the accused are under Sections 420, 447, 427, 290, 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Heard both sides.

3, The present complaint is filed on 0t.LL.2022 alleging about an incident that occurred on 23.0L.2022. Admittedly there is a lapse of nine (09) months in lodging the complaint. Further as seen from the complaint, there are disputes regarding pathway in the village. Both pafties are accusing one another of criminal trespass.

Crl.Petition No.10995 of 2022 4, In the said circumstances, this Cour.t deems it appropriate to direct the police to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners herein.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
