This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 5 seeking bail in S.C.No.161 of 2016 on the file of the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Court for NDPS Act at Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, arising out of Crime No.3 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise Station, Rajamahendravaram (North), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 14.09.2017 hence the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
