This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 assailing the award and decree dated 27.02.2012 passed in M.V.O.P.No.280 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - District Judge, Krishna District, at Machilipatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
