HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6032 of 2013 ORDER :

Heard and perused the common order dated 16.07.2013 passed in Crl.P.Nos.7650 of 2013 and 7651 of 2013 filed by the accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.448 of 2012 of Women Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Crime No.234 of 2013 of Women Police Station, CCS, DD Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 195-A and 506 IPC respectively.

2) Pursuant to the common order supra, the matters between the defacto complainant and accused persons were recorded as settled and the proceedings relating to Crime Nos.448 of 2012 and 234 of 2013 are quashed vide common order dated 16.07.2013.

3) Having regard to the above, this Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.448 of 2012 of Women Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad so far as petitioner/ accused No.5 is concerned are hereby quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner/ accused No.5, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall

stand closed.
