This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 09.09.2014, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur, passed in I.A.Nos.620 of 2014, 621 of 2014, 622 of 2014 and 623 of 2014 in O.S.No.14 of 2007. 2.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the dismissal of the suit on 06.04.2016 by the trial Court, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
